I though it is impossible to shed that fourteen pounds of fat, but “fetching tuti space” (Google it) proved me completely wrong. It was so easy to lose that extra fat once I began! Success seems to be farfetched after trying many different diet programs. Even so, this diet assistance has been the best.

Online is a great resource and a problem. So many people who are ripped and all tell you different things. Eat oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice. Do keto so none of the above, then the only way to gain muscle and burn fat is intermittent fasting. I am 41 and don't know which advice to follow. I want to build muscle and cut body fat.muscle needs fuel to grow but I'm not seeing much change after a year

Thanks, I guess I'm overdoing the diet thing... I'm eating oats and greek yogurt right now as a snack lmao, was getting a bit hungry so thought this would do.

I eat every day oats, fruits, wholegrain bread, grilled chicken, tortillas, beans, avocado, greek yogurt, coffee, turkey, eggs... that's about it, guess I could cook something else but I'm just too lazy to learn how to cook so I just do the same since 1 year ago. I do eat out once in a while (4-5 times a month) but I avoid junk food like the plague.

Sigh... guess I will give my nutrition a second thought.

cool vid! id like to hear though what the rythm/interval is for building(lean gain) and then cutting... like would you do this 3times a year (3 months build 1 month cut)? for me when i build i tend to gain just a little to much mass(fat)... so id like to keep the muscle built but lose the fat added on a regular base... does this make any sense?

Hi Lex, sorry for the comment on the old video! Q: I work night-shifts and will often be awake the day and then the night (20hrs or so). What would you recommend regarding nutrition for this type of "lifestyle" and nutrition calculation? Because the daily macros don´t apply as the day is almost twice as long on these days.

Ok this macros and calorie intake stuff... Why is it that hollywood actors who develop really aesthetic physiques droan on about how they had to eat chicken breasts, rice, green vegetables for 8 months? They probably have world class nutritionists yet I never hear them mention this happy medium in caloric and macro nutrient intake. I believe everything you say regarding this, I just find it odd how these actors all consistently talk about this depressingly, extreme, clean diet.

I appreciate your videos and the content you share. I wish you would make a video simply based around the safe way to lose weight effectively. I lived with diet mentality for years - starving myself and always failing. It wasn't until I focused on being healthy, fueling my body and getting fit that my life changed. I was almost 260 lbs and 55% BF .. now I am 75 lbs lighter and at 36% BF. It's been 14 months and I am okay with that. It's a lifestyle, not a diet. It takes time. So many people think that they only way to lose weight is through the get skinny quick diets out there. Those diets just set people up to fail and get fatter than ever. It's an epidemic out there. 😐

Guys, burn fat does not have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be talking about it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

This really helps reinforce the simple fact that everything worthwhile takes TIME! Slow and steady wins the race...always.

One crazy thing to add - check your gut health. If you have candida, parasites or the like you will never achieve your potential.

Happened to me and once I got it under control my absorption and essentially gains exploded.

at 136k or 300lbs i find it very hard to hit my macros, with work schedule taking the piss mostly, so i get as close as possible , havent gained much mass but have gotten tighter and my clothes are looser of course being in my forties it is much harder than when i was 22
