There's a lot of great Hollywood action films from the 70s that were missed: Mr. Majestik, Vanishing Point, The Taking of Pelham One Two Three, The Gauntlet, Cross of Iron, Dillinger, Get Carter, Prime Cut, White Lightning, Hard Times, Grand Theft Auto, Coffy, The Seven Ups, Juggernaut, Telefon, The Man With the Golden Gun, The Eiger Sanction, Smokey and the Bandit, Capricorn One, Truck Turner, The Enforcer, Freebie and the Bean, Drum ... and tonnes more ...

Enter the dragon should atleast be in the top three. Otherwise, its a pretty decent list.

Rolling Thunder deserves an honorable mention more than Live and Let Die, which was not even Roger Moore's best Bond film.
